• Location. With your permission, YayBeer uses your device's location to find venues, beers, and breweries near you. You can also search using a custom location instead of your current position. Location is sent to our servers only to perform your search and is not stored against a personal profile.
• Support & contact requests. If you submit a feedback, support, or contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you choose to provide, so we can respond.
• App usage & device data. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) and standard app operation may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads. We do not access this data directly beyond aggregate ad performance.

How We Use Information

• To find and display nearby venues, beers, and breweries.
• To respond to support, feedback, and contact requests.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the app.
• To display advertising that helps keep YayBeer free to use.

What We Don't Do

• We don't require an account or collect your name or email just to use the app.
• We don't sell your personal information.
• We don't store your precise location history.

Third-Party Services

YayBeer uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google AdMob, for in-app advertising.
• Google Places, to enrich venue and brewery details such as hours and reviews.

Data Retention

Support and contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your request. Search location data is used transiently to serve your request and is not retained.

Children's Privacy

YayBeer is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
